He has developed and directed the delivery of his clients' complicated messages to various audiences. Kevin is an expert in political consulting, crisis management, communications, litigation support, public relations, and messaging.  

Kevin has made an impact in the hemp industry. His firm was part of the team that “killed” an anti-hemp bill in Illinois this past January. Working with hemp lawyer David Sergi in Texas, Kevin spearheaded an aggressive media strategy that enhanced the hemp industry's reputation and garnered public support.

Throughout his career, he has worked on campaigns ranging from presidential elections to local school boards. Kevin has collaborated with notable figures, including Rosa Parks, President Barack Obama, President Joe Biden, First Lady Dr. Jill Biden, Vice President Al Gore, President Bill Clinton, Hotel Rwanda’s Paul Rusesabagina, actor Erik Estrada, as well as various government ministers, ambassadors, CEOs, members of Parliament, senators, and members of Congress. 

His clients have sought his help during crises. He developed strategies to assist a member of a famous political family in addressing unfounded accusations, a corporate executive facing federal indictment, and generating publicity that led to more than $35 million in legal settlements. Kevin has even secured the freedom of a globally recognized humanitarian from an African dictator.

He has worked with media worldwide, successfully placing his clients' stories in outlets across every continent. His experience spans the USA, Kosovo, Uganda, the Democratic Republic of Congo, Belgium, Albania, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Ukraine, Norway, Mali, the Netherlands, and Macedonia.

Since 1996, Kevin has been a member of the Speaker Tracker team at the Democratic National Convention, which works with everyone who speaks at the convention. In 2016 and 2024, he will serve as a Director of Training for the Podium Operations Team. In 2020, he was on the team that produced a remote roll call vote.

At the 2004 Boston Convention, he assisted in preparing then-State Senator Barack Obama for his pivotal keynote address.

Kevin has been “on the road” performing advance work for the White House and international leaders. He also toured as a professional comedian from 1984 to 1990.

Kevin and his wife, Kitty Kurth (president of Kurth Lampe Worldwide), reside in Chicago, Illinois.
