In-market Representative for Latin America

Katheren Moreira is the In-Market Representative for the National Industrial Hemp Council (NIHC) in Latin America, where she applies her extensive expertise in market development, stakeholder engagement, and trade facilitation to advocate for the advantages of U.S. industrial hemp within the region.

Based in Guatemala City, Katheren represents the in-market consultancy firm Atlas Solutions. With over a decade of experience across business intelligence, marketing, and legal advisory in Latin America, she brings a versatile skill set and deep industry knowledge to the table. Her diverse career spans the petroleum and gas, advertising, logistics, and agribusiness sectors, highlighting her expertise in forging strategic partnerships across North, Central, and South America, as well as the Caribbean.

Katheren holds a Juris Doctor degree from Universidad Santa Maria in Venezuela, a Master's in Management from Tulane University, and an L.L.M. in Finance from Universidad Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala. Fluent in both Spanish and English, she is well-equipped to engage with a wide range of stakeholders across international markets.
