Chad founded Bison Biocomposites to connect conventional construction manufacturers to the hemp supply chain. Working with farms, producers, and manufacturers to provide innovative products and setting a new standard of service that surprises, delights, and opens the community.

Prior to embarking into the hemp industry, Chad worked as a business consultant for seven years, successfully launching two beta platforms for lucrative Fortune 500 companies throughout 11 major markets in the United States. He has extensive knowledge of business development, finance, sales/marketing, startups, F&B, agriculture, supply chain, and construction management.
