Debbie Cokes (Ridgway, CO) has a degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Debbie’s involvement with regulatory compliance issues has extended over 30 years in the public and private sectors. Regulators have included the EPA, USBR, USFS, FDA, and state and local government sectors, such as the CDPHE and CO Dept. of Agriculture. In the private sector she has consulted with businesses regarding compliance issues and also served as a manager at a national environmental testing laboratory.
Debbie serves on the Board of Directors for San Miguel Power Association (SMPA), Tri-County Water Conservancy District, and the Ouray Trails Group (retired). She focuses on regional and Western Slope Colorado economic development with a focus on promoting hemp as an economic revitalization opportunity.
In 2014 she co-founded RxCBD. RxCBD creates, manufactures, and markets industrial hemp CBD-infused products for pets and their people.
